A few practical details help us understand the job. Please include:
- Your suburb: so the service area can be confirmed.
- The property type: home, unit, office, shop or managed property.
- What has happened: for example, a key will not turn, a lock is damaged or the door will not latch.
- The work you are considering: repair, rekeying, replacement locks or new hardware.
- Your preferred timing: suitable weekdays and any access requirements.
- Your role: owner, tenant, property manager or business representative where relevant.
Please do not include alarm PINs, access codes or identifying photographs of keys in your message. A description of the problem is enough to start the conversation. If you rent or manage the property, make sure you have authority to approve changes to the locks before work is booked.
